Easy to install and set up. Looks just like the pictures on the website. Sound of the chillier and pump are whisper quiet compared to some of the other cold plunges I have tried. Water stays clean and clear. Highly recommend this product.

I bought a cheap cold plunge a couple years ago to see if I would really like it. I found out that the health and how you feel benefits exceeded my expectations. So when I remodeled my spa area I did a lot of research and came down to two. A buddy bought brand X and had a ton of issues the support was some of the worst customer service I had even seen. So I decided on RENU and super happy I did. It is very well built, runs quiet, easy to operate controls, the list goes on! We will see how support is in the future, what I can say 6 weeks into owning the RENU is I LOVE it, not the lowest cost but so far worth the small extra to own a quality product.

I’ve been using the Cold Stoic 2.0 for a while now and it's a game changer. Self-contained, no need to haul/buy ice, and easy to care for. Looks great beside my sauna, too!
One thing that really improves convenience is having it plugged into a WEMO switch, so I can control it from my phone, making turning it on or off a lot easier, especially when I want to keep things quiet during a gathering.
Speaking of that, there are a couple of minor downsides. The filter is a little awkward to place, and, as mentioned above, the unit runs at around 55 dB — like a dishwasher. Just annoying enough that I will turn it off if we’re hanging out nearby. Those are nitpicks, and in no way worthy of downgrading.
It’s been a solid purchase and easily deserves 5 stars.
If I could give 10 stars for customer service, I'd do it.
