Refund policy

Return Policy:

Cold Plunge & Hot Soak: Orders may be returned, for any reason, within 45 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process following receipt of the returned unit in good condition. 

Saunas: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs within 30 days—no returns after 30 days. 

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of return shipping, and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping.

Damaged Items:

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale Items:

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Sales are final. Only regular price items can be refunded.
