12. JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Governing Law

Venue
 Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

Limitation on Time to File Claims
 Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Site or products purchased must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

Waiver of Class Actions
 To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Binding Arbitration
 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Orange County, California. You and the Company agree to waive the right to a jury trial.

Exceptions
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to protect intellectual property rights or prevent unauthorized use of the Site. Either party may pursue a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies and remains in small claims court.

Attorney's Fees
In any legal action to enforce these Terms, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.
