Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank Limited Warranty (Home Use Only)

Plastic Tanks (Cold Stoic 2.0, Cold Stoic 3.0 and Aurelius)

Renu Therapy extends the following 5-Year Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, residential use of the Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank. This warranty covers replacing parts that are defective due to materials or workmanship of parts manufactured or supplied by Renu Therapy. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by water leaks
  • Poor water chemistry
  • Neglected filter care and replacement
  • Freezing conditions
  • Power outages
  • Low water flow
  • Misuse or neglect

All components under this warranty are covered for 5 years from the delivery date, except for the water chiller, which is covered for 1 year from the delivery date. An extended warranty for the water chiller is available for purchase.

The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or the original owner if a gift). It only covers defects discovered during the applicable warranty period.

 


Wood Body Tanks (Cold Stoic Classic & Siberian)

Renu Therapy extends the following 1-Year Limited Warranty, which applies only to non-commercial, residential use of the Renu Therapy Cold Plunge Tank. This warranty covers replacing parts that are defective due to materials or workmanship of parts manufactured or supplied by Renu Therapy. This warranty covers defects or malfunctions that occur under normal use.

Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by water leaks
  • Poor water chemistry
  • Neglected filter care and replacement
  • Freezing conditions
  • Power outages
  • Low water flow
  • Misuse or neglect

All components under this warranty are covered for 1 year from the date of shipment. The water chiller is also covered for 1 year from the date of shipment. An extended warranty for the water chiller is available for purchase.

The Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser (or the original owner if a gift). It only covers defects discovered during the applicable warranty period.

 

Water Chiller Extended Warranty

An Water Chiller Extended Warranty  is available for purchase directly from Renu Therapy website. Provided it is purchased within 364 days of shipment. This extended warranty is for 4 years after the expiration of the original 1-year warranty, bringing the total warranty for the chiller to 5 years.

 

How to Obtain Warranty Service

For service under this warranty, please contact us at help@renutherapy.com and provide the following information:

  • Name of the purchaser
  • Proof of purchase
  • Dated receipt
  • Item purchased
  • Details of the failure

Please submit claims within the specified warranty period. Renu Therapy technicians will handle most warranty issues via email or phone. Renu Therapy will cover the part(s) if a repair covered under this warranty is necessary, but the customer is responsible for any shipping-related costs.

Most repairs or component replacements will be performed by the customer. If a customer is unable to complete repairs, Renu Therapy will pay up to $50 per hour, for a maximum of 2 hours, for an approved general service provider to perform the necessary repairs.

 

Warranty Service Performance

Renu Therapy reserves the right to determine whether replacement or repair of a covered part or item is necessary. Any components repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

Additional travel fees for service by an approved provider in rural areas are not covered and are the customer's responsibility.

If on-site warranty repairs are not possible, Renu Therapy may provide a replacement tub (of equal value) or ship the tub to the factory for repairs. The customer is responsible for any removal costs related to tub repairs or replacement installation. The remainder of the original warranty period covers any repaired or replaced tub.

 

Use of Natural Wood

The Redwood and Pacific Cedar Breath Deck and Step Deck are made from natural wood. Wood, being a natural product, will have some variation in color, grains, and imperfections, which are considered normal and not defects. For outdoor units, some deterioration may occur due to weather effects despite the best treatments. If not cared for properly, wood surfaces may become dented, scratched, or damaged. Each unit is handmade and may have minor shape, size, and finish variations. Designs may evolve over time, and variations in angles, elements, or other minor details may occur compared to models displayed online.

Though we strive for high-quality products, we do not take responsibility for the natural wood material.

 

Warranty Limitations & Exclusions

  • Water filter and housing O-ring loss during filter replacement is not covered. These parts are available for purchase, and replacement is the customer's responsibility.
  • This warranty does not cover separately purchased items, such as oil and dirt buoys, sanitizer sticks, the Renu Total Protective Cover, or any other accessory not included with the original purchase.
  • The warranty is void if Renu Therapy or a designated representative determines the product has been altered, abused, neglected, or improperly used.
  • Failure to provide proper maintenance, water chemistry balance, or the use of improper cleaning agents will void the warranty.
  • The warranty is void if the customer uses non-genuine parts or accessories.
  • This warranty is valid only for in-home, residential use in the contiguous United States (including all 48 contiguous states but excluding US territories). Any commercial use will void this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover repairs performed by someone not approved by Renu Therapy.

Liability Disclaimer

Renu Therapy's liability is limited to the original purchase value of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including freight damage or loss of use of the tub, even if Renu Therapy was aware of potential damage. Renu Therapy is not liable for injury, loss, or other damages arising from defects covered under this warranty.

This limited warranty supersedes any prior or additional representations, and all other warranties, express or implied, are disclaimed except where prohibited by law.
