Cancellation / Return Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cold Plunge (New & Refurbished): All cancellations are subject to a 5% fee if canceled before shipment. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process—there will be no cancellation for shipped orders. See the Return Policy below.
Saunas: All cancellations are subject to a 25% fee if canceled within 30 days. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process—no cancellation after 30 days.
Return Policy:
Cold Plunge (New): Domestic orders may be returned, for any reason, within 45 days of delivery. All returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee and shipping costs. Please allow 3-10 business days for refunds to process following receipt of the returned unit in good condition. No returns will be accepted after 45 days from date of delivery. All international sales are final.
Cold Plunge (Refurbished): No returns will be accepted for refurbished units. All refurbished sales are final.
Saunas: The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened - assembled units cannot be returned. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping costs within 30 days—no returns after 30 days.
