I just wanted to say every time I’ve ever had any issue with my cold plunge which I bought several years ago, I have reached out to the customer service department and they have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is old-fashioned American customer service with an actual human being. And I must add, the issues have been very minor and easily fixed. Very happy that I made this purchase several years ago!
