STANDARD FREE SHIPPING (Within the contiguous US Only)

Cold Plunge Tanks & Saunas are shipped via Standard Free Curbside Shipping anywhere in the contiguous United States Lead times vary and are usually quite substantial. Please inquire within for current lead time. Maintenance items and Accessories that are in stock and ordered by themselves will usually ship within 1-3 business days and do not qualify for free shipping. Items shipped directly from the vendor or to Alaska and Hawaii have longer delivery lead times. Maintenance items and/or Accessories ordered together with a Cold Plunge Tank, Japanese Hot Soak or Sauna will usually be shipped with the Cold Plunge Tank, Japanese Hot Soak or Sauna unless otherwise requested.

Free Curbside Shipping: Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Standard Shipping”, and is limited to Cold Plunge Tanks, and Saunas. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply. Free shipping does not apply to Accessory or Maintenance items or anything else not labeled as "Free Standard Shipping". This offer does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, International, or Business Direct orders.

Shipping is available for orders with delivery addresses within the US and territories, excluding PO Boxes and Rural Routes.

OTHER DETAILS

RENU Therapy ships Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The shipping cut-off time is 2pm PST. Orders placed after 2pm PST will be processed the next business day. All shipping dates are pending credit card verification for in-stock merchandise. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Deliveries occur any day of the week. Please understand that most products do have lead times, so please check the product page for more details or reach out to us if you are unsure.
