RENU Therapy (the “Company”) recognizes and respects the privacy of users of our website, www.renutherapy.com (the “Website”).  The following privacy policy, as modified from time to time by the Company and as described below (the “Policy”), advises you about the information that the Company collects through the Website, how we use that information and how you can opt out of certain uses of information we may collect. This Privacy Policy has been in effect since July 1, 2020.  The Company reserves the right to make changes to this Policy at any time, and will post any revised policies on this page. The Company will not notify its Website visitors or customers of any such changes by e-mail or other personal contact. Please note that this Policy applies to all information collected online by this Company alone. This Policy does not apply to information that may be collected by third party websites accessed by links in our website; each of which may or may not have their own privacy policies.

Information provided to us will be protected and kept confidential within the Company and its affiliated companies in agreement with the Privacy Policy.   • Aggregate Information: is information that does not contain Personal Information, or from which Personal Information has been removed.  For instance, the Company may collect various forms of “clickstream” information such as entry and exit points for our Website (i.e., referring URLs or domains), site traffic statistics, page views, impressions,operating system, and browser type. In addition, when users request pages on the Website, the Company automatically logs the users IP address. In such circumstances, the Company may appoint a third party service provider to administer and/or operate certain functions or services relating to this Website and/or the Company‘s operations and businesses; the proper performance of which may require a transfer of the information submitted by you. Any such transfer shall be for the sole purpose of the performance of those agreements, and under strict confidentiality and security obligations. When users voluntarily register with the Website or  contact  the Company, personal information will be collected for users to receive newsletters, new product launch information, special events information or to answer surveys, enter contests and receive notices of promotional opportunities. Information provided by you to create a personal customer profile will be used to receive notice of products, services or events that may be of interest to you. To discontinue any of the discussed information on communication with the business, please contact the Company.
  • Consultants: the Company engages with consultants that may need access to the information we collect to perform their services, such as administering our mailing lists. To present you with the best service, RENU Therapy  requests that you provide certain information  through the Site – including questions and comments pertaining to RENU Therapy products, services or events. Received unsolicited materials, including but not limited to business, advertising, creative, marketing or any other types of proposals, concepts, know-how, ideas and the like will not be subject to this Privacy Policy and the Company shall have no obligation to return any unsolicited materials received. By submitting any Unsolicited Materials, you agree that the Company shall have the sole discretion as to how they utilize such unsolicited materials  By submitting any unsolicited materials, you automatically agree and administer RENU Therapy a perpetual, royalty free license to use and exploit those materials. If any unsolicited materials that you have submitted to the Company are protected by third party copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, you agree to indemnify the Company  against any claims or actions filed against the Company, relating to the Company’s use or possession of the unsolicited materials.


OUTSIDE LINKS

 A link from the Website to a third party website does not imply endorsement of that site nor any ability to control that site’s privacy practices. Third party websites may collect data and personal information and operate according to their own privacy practices.  Therefore, you should carefully review the privacy policies of third party websites before submitting any Personal Information to them.

The Website is a general audience site that is not designed, nor intended, to collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The internal laws of the State of California, without reference to any choice of law provisions, shall govern any claims relating to the Policy.


SEVERABILITY

If any term of this Policy is declared unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable by any court in any jurisdiction, then such term will be deemed severable from the remaining terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of such remaining terms.
